Booking a DJ through their DECK link never needs an account or a plan.

How does the free trial work?: You get 3 days of the full plan. A card is needed to start, and you are not charged if you cancel before day 4. After that, your plan starts and renews automatically.
Can I get a refund?: Payments are not refunded. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
Does DECK take a cut of my fee?: No. Your plan is the only thing you pay. When promoters pay through DECK, they cover the card processing, so you receive your full fee.
Can I change plans?: Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades apply from your next billing date.
Do promoters need to pay for anything?: No. Promoters book you through your link with no account and no plan. Venue plans are only for search and shortlists.
